Our 90-day money-back guarantee

Under EU law, your online purchase is covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal. Menovera goes further: on top of your legal rights, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you don't notice a difference in your well-being within your first 90 days, we give you your money back.

• You have a full 90 days, counted from the delivery of your first order, to request a refund.
• The guarantee covers up to three bottles in total: your first order on the 3-month subscription, or your first three orders on the 1-month subscription.
• Orders beyond your first three bottles are not covered.
• You don't need to send anything back, and you don't need to give a reason.
• One guarantee per customer: you can use the 90-day guarantee only once.

The delivery date is the date of the carrier's delivery scan: the day the courier hands the parcel to you. Your request must reach us on or before day 90.

Example for the 1-month subscription: your bottles are delivered on 1 March, 1 April and 1 May. If your request reaches us by 30 May, all three are refunded.

How to request a refund

Email info@menovera.com and tell us you would like a refund. Please:

• send the email from the same email address you used for your purchase, and
• include your order number.

This is how we verify that the order is yours. We reply within 2 business days.

How and when you get your money

You will be refunded within 10 business days after we confirm your request. The refund goes to the payment method you used at checkout, at no cost to you. We cancel your subscription at the same time, so nothing else is charged.

Once we have issued a refund, it can take a few more days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, the product is defective, or you received the wrong item, email us your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund the order in full, whichever you prefer. By law you can rely on these rights for two years from delivery.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can try Menovera without risk. We may refuse a guarantee refund where it is being misused, for example through multiple accounts, repeated claims, or resale of the product.

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

The guarantee above does not replace or limit the right of withdrawal you have by law. You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or a person you named (other than the carrier), received your first delivery. To withdraw online, sign in to the customer portal at account.menovera.com with the email address you used for your purchase, open your order and choose Cancel items if it has not been shipped yet, or Return items if it has. The link to the portal is in the footer of every page and in every order email, and we confirm your request by email straight away. You can also withdraw by emailing us, or by using the model form below. Using the form is not obligatory. We refund everything you paid no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, and you do not need to send the product back.
