Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge. There is no minimum commitment, no minimum number of orders, no notice period and no cancellation fee.

Your subscription renews automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout, and continues until you cancel it.

How to cancel

There are two ways to cancel. Use whichever is easier for you.

1. In the customer portal

  1. Go to account.menovera.com. The same link is in every order email we send you.
  2. Enter the email address you used for your purchase. There is no password and no account to create. We email you a 6-digit code.
  3. Enter the code, open Subscriptions, click your subscription and choose Cancel.

2. By email

Write to info@menovera.com and tell us you would like to cancel your subscription. Please:

  • send the email from the same email address you used for your purchase, and
  • include your order number.

This is how we verify that the subscription is yours. We process email requests within 2 business days. Your cancellation counts from the moment we receive your email: if a renewal payment is taken after that, we refund it.

When the cancellation takes effect

A cancellation takes effect immediately, and no further payments are taken. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before its renewal date. You can see the date and the amount of your next payment at any time in the customer portal under Subscriptions.

An order that has already been paid for is not cancelled by cancelling the subscription. For those orders, see "Refunds" below.

Skip, reschedule or pause instead

If you do not want to cancel completely, you can change your deliveries at any time, free of charge:

  • Skip – miss the next delivery. The subscription continues with the one after it.
  • Reschedule – choose a later date for your next delivery. The payment moves with it. Useful if you still have bottles left.
  • Pause – stop all deliveries and payments until you resume.

To do this, sign in at account.menovera.com as described above, open Subscriptions, click your subscription and choose Skip, Reschedule or Pause. Or email us from the address you used for your purchase, with your order number, and we will do it for you.

Refunds

Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Menovera goes further. On top of your legal rights, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. You have a full 90 days, counted from the delivery of your first order, to request a refund for up to three bottles in total. Orders beyond your first three bottles are not covered by the guarantee.

To request a refund under the guarantee, email info@menovera.com from the address you used for your purchase and include your order number.
